Report a problem
The fastest way is inside the program: Help > Report a problem in HardForm and in 3D Scan Buddy. It sends the program log, and your document only if you tick the box. Nothing is sent otherwise.
[email protected] for problems and questions, [email protected] for everything else. Please include the program name, the build number from Help > About, your operating system and what you were doing. A small file that shows the problem helps most.
Refunds
Refunds are granted on request. Write to [email protected] with the email address you bought with. Details: Refunds.
